- What if I don’t know how to answer the security questions?
- Select “Unsure” and after you submit it someone from OIT Security will reach out to you to clarify the appropriate answer based on some follow up questions.
- What is the proper Protection Level (P1-P4)?

- If I only select Hardware as Type of Purchase, for example, will that require a review?
- Checking any specific type doesn’t always trigger a review, however the intent is to get a full picture of what is included in the purchase and the combination of factors that may require a review.
- Where did the Accessibility questions go?
- The process for Accessibility is currently under review system-wide, and OEOD will be publishing and communicating an accessibility-specific form and process separate from this when ready.
- Is a Privacy review included in this?
- Yes, we partner with the privacy office and the same questions you answer for security are used to triage privacy review needs.
